The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We give restricted characteristic warranty on each subsystem lest stated any other way, and on the whole machine. Poor craftsmanship including defective equipment defects are covered by the quality warranty. We shall not be held liable for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your component. A Call-out points to to each and every time time a technician supplies a service at your establishment. At the point of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement as well as travel costs to your establishment, coupled with the call-out cost, are on your account if required. We will not charge any fees for the specialist we supply. Our specialist will be able to recommend whether everything is normal or if an back-up or further assistance or service parts reinstatement is needed. Reservations must be made for repairs or hard labour work to be carried out at your/our earliest availability as no repairs or any such labour actions will be carried out during servicing visits.We offer principal and/or overall training courses via our warehouse for all machinery we sell. When obtaining your machinery, first principal entry courses is combined in your purchase, although more promoted training can be obtained after the principal course has been completed.A unique barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. Check therefore you will constantly be able to,in any way and at any term, review the machines warranty report and servicing history on our website or while disconnected. Our machinery's warranty and service are honoured by us using the barcode. Maximum comfort are protected on both the reselling and assistance of your machinery's.
