The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the entire machinery, and each subsystem, we only supply bounded trait warranty unless stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship and unfit material shortages are covered by the feature guarantee. We are not liable for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your component. Therefore aforesaid cannot be covered by our guarantee. Damages can regularly be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are immediately vacant on demand.The machine(s) you are going to buy requires a regular service. Common ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost, reviewing and positioning as well as standard cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and not viable should you not service your machine in the suggested service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, you should get your machinery improved within every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to any point a specialist provides a service at your place. A call-out cost will be required unless the call-out is included by each of the above named plans or confirmed by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement and transport costs to your property, accompanying the call-out fee, are on your account if required.
