The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the entire machine, including each subsystem, we only provide restricted trait guarantee if not stated differently. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit components weaknesses are covered by the quality warranty. We will not be held responsible for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your product. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforementioned. Deterioration can generally be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations are gladly available on request.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a routine service. Checking and calibration, basic cleaning , as well as standard wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost are enclosed in the service plan. It is necessary that your machinery is fixed in the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be invalid and void. Meaning that in which case we suggested that your machine is fixed once every three months, it is compulsory that you get your machine fixed in every six month period or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Whenever a technician offers a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. Except for when per-approved by the company or enclosed by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be required. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Accompanying the call-out fee, touring costs to your place including accommodation if necessary, are on your account.
