The quality warranty covers errors due to unreliable components or poor craftsmanship We are not responsible for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Aforestated is for this reason not covered by our warranty. Deterioration can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are readily available.Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Investigation and positioning, everyday cleaning , as well as standard wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost are concealed in the service plan. If you do not service your machinery in the preferred service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is improved within the equal of double that period otherwise your service warranty will be null and ineffective. Every time a service is provided at your property by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is included by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out cost will be charged. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your property including settlement if necessary, are on your account. The adjustments for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be made by you. First principal entry courses is included in your machinery purchase, although more improved training can be bought after the basic course has been achieved.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. Therefore your machines guarantee report and servicing history will always be able to be checked in any form and at any moment on our website or offline. By using the barcode we honour our machines assurance and maintenance. This secures your maximal convenience on both the reselling and servicing of your machinery's.
