The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machine, including any subsystem, we only provide restricted feature guarantee unless stated differently. Defects by cause of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We are not at fault for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations will be promptly accessible upon demand.Regular service is required by the machinery you are going to obtain. The enclosed service plan includes general cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as standard depletion replacement at a minimal cost. It is necessary that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service period, otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and not viable. A Call-out refers to each extent a specialist offers a service at your premises. Except for when the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out cost will be requested. At the time of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Touring costs to your establishment as well as settlement if essential, are on your account, coupled with the call-out cost. The specialists necessary preparations to be done to get picked up including sent back, are preferred to be done by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the existing rate increased by the driving distance between your establishment including our branch, should you prefer for us to travel to you.Those fees may differ instant by point without notice, so attentively enquire about call out as well as traveling costs in advance.Whether you would like to find out if the appliance is set to operate optimally, or you only want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction, our service plan is suited for you. There is no cost for the experts we provide. First basic entry courses is included in your machine purchase, although more promoted training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been passed.A different barcode is presented with all our mainline of machinery. Check therefore you will always be able to,in any way and at any moment, check the machines guarantee data and servicing history on our site or while logged off. By using the barcode we value our machinery's warranty and assistance. Maximal comfort are ensured on both the reselling and servicing of your machines.
