The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the entire machinery, along with each subsystem, we only offer bounded quality warranty if not stated otherwise. Shortages by reason of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your product is not our fault. Aforestated is thus not covered by our warranty. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly available upon request.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a regular service. The covered service plan encloses everyday cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as standard decrement replacement at a minimum cost. It is required that your machinery is serviced in the equal of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, otherwise your service warranty will be useless and ineffective. This is to say, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every three months, you must get your machinery rectified in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Anytime a service is supplied at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Except for when accepted by managers or covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the instant of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for working days.Transport costs to your establishment including settlement if necessary, are on your account, along with the call-out cost.
