The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machine, as well as each subsystem, we only provide restricted characteristic guarantee if not stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship along with defective equipment errors are covered by the feature guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine is not our responsibility. For this reason aforesaid will not be covered by our warranty. Deterioration can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon demand, quotations are promptly vacant.The machinery you are going to buy requires a regular service. The covered service plan consists of basic cleaning, reviewing and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be useless and meaningless if you do not service your machinery within the suggested service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, if we suggested that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, you must get your machinery improved within every six month period or your warranty will not be credible.
When a service is offered at your place by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is covered by any of the above named plans or per-approved by the managers. At the time of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for weekdays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises and accommodation if necessary, are on your account. The adjustments for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be done by you. The current amount is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our warehouse including your property, should you prefer for us to travel to you.Kindly enquire about call out including transport costs ahead of time as those fees may vary time by time without notice.If you just would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility or would like to find out if the machine is set to operate optimally, our maintenance plan is here for you. We will not require any cost for the experts we provide. Our specialist will be able to provide you with information on whether an alternative or other service or spare replacement is needed or whether everything is normal. Regrettably, no reconstruction or intense labour function will be practised during a sustainment visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest convenience.Principal and/or full training courses are offered through our premises for all machinery we sell.
