The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide bounded quality guarantee on any subsystem if not stated differently, and on the entire machine. Weaknesses as a result of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We are not liable for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforementioned. Deterioration can generally be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are gladly vacant on inquiry.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be needing a regular service. Basic wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, reviewing and arrangement as well as standard cleaning are covered within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, it is required that your machinery is rectified in the equivalent of double that period or else your service warranty will be worthless and meaningless. Meaning that in which case we recommend that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months, it is crucial that you get your machine rectified within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
Whenever a specialist offers a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required except when the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the management. At the point of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Travel costs to your place including accommodation if essential, are on your account, coupled with the call-out charge. We suggest that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. The current rate is R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our office and your property, should you desire for us to go to you.Without notice, those fees may change instant by point, consequently kindly analyze about call out and touring costs ahead of timeIf you only want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind or want to know if the appliance is set to function optically, our service plan is here for you.
