The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer bounded feature guarantee on the whole machine, and each subsystem unless stated differently. Poor craftsmanship as well as unfit equipment defects are covered by the feature guarantee. We would not be held at fault for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machine. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforementioned. Certainly, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon inquiry.Routine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. The concealed service plan encloses standard cleaning, investigation and arrangement, as well as everyday depletion restoration at a minimum cost. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your place and settlement if necessary, are on your account, along with the call-out fee. The technicians necessary preparations to be carried out to get picked up and sent back, are suggested to be done by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the prevailing rate amplified by the driving distance between your premises and our warehouse, should you prefer for us to travel to you.Those fees may vary instant by instant without notice, so kindly enquire about call out and transport costs in advance.If you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your contentment or would like to know if the machine is set to operate optically, our service plan is perfect for you.
