However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide restricted attribute guarantee on any subsystem except stated differently, along with on the entire machinery. The attribute warranty covers weaknesses due to unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship We shall not be held responsible for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your component. Accordingly aforestated would not be covered by our guarantee. Of course, damages that aren't covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are readily available on request.The machinery you are going to obtain requires a regular service. Everyday wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost, investigation and positioning as well as basic cleaning are included in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective should you not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, if we choose that your machine is improved once every three months, you have to get your machinery rectified within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
A Call-out refers to each time a specialist provides a service at your property. Unless per-approved by the company or included by each of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the point of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement and transport costs to your place, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if required. We suggest that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back.
