The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. The covered service plan encloses general cleaning, reviewing and calibration, as well as basic wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost. Every time a service is supplied at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Except for when per-approved by the company or included by any of the above plans, a call-out fee will be charged. At the point of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out cost, touring costs to your place and accommodation if essential, are on your account. We choose that you arrange that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back.
