The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. The covered service plan includes standard cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as everyday depletion restoration at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be null and ineffective if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not improved in the equal of double that period. Meaning that in which case we preferred that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months, it is compulsory that you get your machine fixed within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Whenever a service is provided at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out charge, traveling costs to your place and accommodation if necessary, are on your account. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. R 9.95/km is the existing amount increased by the driving distance between your place and our office, should you desire for us to travel to you.Attentively enquire about call out including transport costs ahead of time as those costs may differ extent by instant without notice.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, or if you would like to find out if the machinery is fitted to operate optically. We will not charge any fees for the technician we provide. During sustainment visits no repairs or hard labour function will be carried out and bookings should made for this to be completed at your and our earliest availability.Primary and/or overall training courses are offered through our warehouse for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machine, first principal entry courses is comprehended in your purchase, although more promoted training can be bought after the primary course has been finished.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a different barcode. You will therefore regularly be able to check the machinery's guarantee info and servicing history on our website or while logged off - in any form and at any term.
