The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply limited characteristic warranty on the entire machine, as well as each subsystem except stated any other way. This is to say, you should get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be credible.
Whenever a technician offers a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. Unless per-approved by management or included by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be required. At the extent of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out cost, travel costs to your place and settlement if crucial, are on your account. The preparations for the technician to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be made by you. If you would prefer for us to travel to you, the existing percentage is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our office and your place.Those costs may change instant by extent without notice, so kindly inquire about call out and traveling costs in advance.Our service plan is suited for you if you just want our technician to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, or if you want to know if the machinery is set to function optimally. There is no cost for the experts we provide. You will be advised by our technician whether an different or other service or service parts replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. Reservations should be made for improvements or hard labour function to be practised at your/our earliest convenience as no adjustments or any such labour services will be done during servicing visits.Our training facility offers principal and/or complete training courses for all machinery we sell. First basic entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment, however more promoted training can be bought after the primary course has been finished.With all our mainline of machinery's a particular barcode is sold. You will accordingly always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our site or while disconnected - in any form and at any term. Our machinery's guarantee and assistance are valued by us using the barcode. This secures your ultimate advantage on both the service and resell of your machines.
Seeing that the reference above involves our newest model, the focus points, specs and additions are suitable thereto. Generously enquire from our sales assistant as to the period model quoted.
