Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted quality guarantee on each subsystem unless stated differently, and on the whole machinery. Errors as a result of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our responsibility. Aforestated is thus not covered by our warranty. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations are gladly accessible on appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be requiring a routine service.
