Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

For the whole machinery, and any subsystem, we only provide limited attribute guarantee unless stated differently. Poor craftsmanship and unfit material shortages are covered by the feature warranty. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our fault. Therefore aforementioned shall not be covered by our warranty. The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a regular service. Everyday decrement replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as standard cleaning are covered within the service plan.
