The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, along with each subsystem, we only offer confined characteristic warranty except stated any other way. For this reason aforesaid will not be covered by our guarantee. Damages can regularly be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are immediately vacant.The machine(s) you are going to buy needs a regular service. Basic ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost, checking and calibration as well as basic cleaning are concealed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not rectified within the equal of dual that period. This is to say, if we recommend that your machinery is improved once every three months, you have to get your machinery serviced in every six month period or your warranty will not be credible.
