The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply bounded characteristic guarantee on each subsystem except stated differently, including on the entire machine. Shortages by cause of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. General wear and tear or misuse of your equipment is not our responsibility. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Generally damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under warranty. Everyday wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost, reviewing and positioning as well as basic cleaning are included within the service plan. Should you not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, it is vital that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of dual that period or else your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable. This is to say, you should get your machinery rectified within every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your warranty will not be legit.
Anytime a technician supplies a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. At the extent of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement and touring costs to your place, accompanying the call-out cost, are on your account if required. The technicians required adjustments to be done to get picked up and sent back, are recommend to be made by you. The prevailing rate is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the traveling distance between our office and your premises, should you recommend for us to come to you.Generously inquire about call out and travel costs ahead of time as those costs may vary extent by time without notice.Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you only would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your tranquility, or if you would like to know if the machine is set to function optimally. We will not require any fees for the specialist we provide. Our technician will be able to recommend whether everything is in order or whether an back-up or other assistance or service parts reinstatement is needed. Reservations should be made for repairs or intense labour function to be done at your/our earliest convenience as no reconstruction or any such labour services will be carried out during maintenance visits.Our premises offers primary and/or full training courses for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first fundamental entry courses is enclosed in your investment, however more promoted training can be bought after the primary course has been achieved.A unique barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. You will thus always be able to review the machine's assurance data and service history on our database or while disconnected - in any way and at any moment. Our machines guarantee and servicing are valued by us using the barcode. This protects your maximum convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machines.
