The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded feature warranty on each subsystem unless stated elseways, along with on the entire machine. Quotations are gladly vacant on appeal.Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Standard decrement replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and positioning as well as common cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable if you do not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not serviced in the equal of double that period. Meaning, you have to get your machine fixed within every 6 month period, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.

We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back.
