The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer constrained attribute warranty on each subsystem unless stated elseways, including on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship including faulty equipment errors are covered by the attribute warranty. We would not be held at fault for misuse or common wear and tear of your product. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Naturally, damages that aren't covered under warranty can generally be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are readily vacant.The machinery you are going to obtain compels a routine service. General wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, investigation and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are included in the service plan. If you do not service your machinery within the suggested service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service warranty will be null and meaningless. Meaning, you have to get your machine fixed in every six month period, if we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every three months or your warranty will not be efficient.
Whenever a technician offers a service at your premises, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the the company, a call-out fee will be charged. One technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Settlement and touring costs to your establishment, accompanying the call-out charge, are on your account if necessary. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are chosen to be done by you.
