The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply limited feature warranty on the whole machine, including any subsystem unless stated differently. Defects by reason of faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our constraint. Accordingly aforesaid cannot be covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are gladly vacant on appeal.Routine service is due by the machinery you are going to buy. Checking and adjustment, common cleaning , as well as basic wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost are concealed in the service plan.
