Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, along with any subsystem, we only provide restricted trait warranty unless stated otherwise. The quality warranty covers shortages as a result of faulty components or poor craftsmanship We shall not be held at fault for misuse or common wear and tear of your machine. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforesaid. Damages can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are gladly vacant.The machinery you are going to obtain compels a regular service. Investigation and calibration, general cleaning , as well as basic depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost are enclosed within the service plan. Should you not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is fixed in the equal of dual that period or else your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless. Meaning, you have to get your machinery improved within every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
Every time a service is offered at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Lest accepted by managers or covered by each of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be required. 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Travel costs to your premises and accommodation if required, are on your account, accompanying the call-out charge. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be made by you. Check accordingly you will always be able to,in any form and at any instant, check the machines warranty report and servicing history on our website or while logged off. Our machinery's assurance and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. Maximal benefit are protected on both the selling and assistance of your machines.
