The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, and any subsystem, we only provide restricted attribute warranty unless stated any other way. Errors due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. We aren't liable for common wear and tear or misuse of your machine. Aforementioned is thus not covered by our warranty. Often damages can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Upon demand, quotations are immediately vacant.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be demanding a routine service. Analyzing and calibration, everyday cleaning , as well as everyday ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost are included within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and void if you do not service your machine in the chosen service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say, you should get your machine serviced in every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
