Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. For the whole machine, along with any subsystem, we only offer limited trait warranty unless stated any other way. Defects by reason of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We aren't liable for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. For this reason aforementioned shall not be covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can generally be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. The included service plan contains basic cleaning, reviewing and calibration, as well as basic depletion restoration at a minimal cost.
