The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited characteristic guarantee on each subsystem lest stated elseways, along with on the whole machine. Defects by cause of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We are not accountable for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforementioned. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations will be immediately vacant upon request.The machinery you are going to purchase requires a routine service. Checking and adjustment, everyday cleaning , as well as general decrement restoration at a minimum cost are concealed within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, it is required that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of double that period elseways your service warranty will be null and not viable. When a service is offered at your establishment by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is included by any of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out fee will be charged. At the point of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Transport costs to your place as well as accommodation if essential, are on your account, in addition to the call-out charge. Our machinery's warranty and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This ensures your supreme comfort on both the servicing and resell of your machines.
