Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We offer limited characteristic warranty on the entire machine, and each subsystem unless stated differently. Poor craftsmanship along with faulty material shortages are covered by the attribute guarantee. We will not be held responsible for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your equipment. For this reason aforesaid would not be covered by our warranty. Deterioration can generally be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Service Plan: Regular service is due by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. General wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, checking and arrangement as well as standard cleaning are covered in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, it is required that your machinery is fixed in the equal of double that period otherwise your service guarantee will be worthless and void. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Anytime a technician supplies a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you would prefer to find out whether the machine is adjusted to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to take a look at your machine for your contentment, our service plan is here for you. We will not charge any cost for the technician we provide. Our technician will be able to recommend whether everything is in order or if an back-up or other maintenance or spares replacement is needed. Sadly, no reconstruction or excessive labour function will be done during a maintenance visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be completed at your and our earliest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Our training centre offers principal and/or overall training courses for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first basic entry courses is comprehended in your purchase, however more advanced training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been completed.
