Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. We supply restricted attribute warranty on each subsystem unless stated elseways, including on the entire machinery. Basic wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost, investigation and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are included in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and meaningless if you do not service your machine within the preferred service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say, you should get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period, if we choose that your machine is fixed once every three months or your warranty will not be valid.
Every time a specialist provides a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Unless confirmed by managers or enclosed by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your place and settlement if required, are on your account, coupled with the call-out fee. We recommend that you organize that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back.
