The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited trait warranty on each subsystem if not stated differently, and on the whole machine. The trait warranty covers errors by reason of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship Common wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our constraint. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforesaid. Usually damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are gladly available on appeal.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be needing a routine service. Reviewing and positioning, everyday cleaning , as well as general wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost are concealed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and void should you not service your machine within the preferred service or if it is not fixed within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning that within which case we preferred that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, it is required that you get your machine improved in every six month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
A Call-out points to to any point a technician supplies a service at your establishment. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is included by any of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the the company. At the instant of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement and traveling costs to your place, accompanying the call-out fee, are on your account if necessary. Analyze accordingly you will evermore be able to,in any manner and at any term, review the machines assurance data and servicing history on our database or while disconnected. We honour our machines guarantee and assistance by using the barcode. This ensures your ultimate advantage on both the service and resell of your machines.
The above quotation pertains to our advanced model, therefore the climax, specs and additions are suitable thereto.
