Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

For the whole machine, including each subsystem, we only supply limited attribute warranty unless stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable components shortages are covered by the trait guarantee. We cannot be held at fault for misuse or common wear and tear of your equipment. The machinery you are going to purchase needs a regular service.
