The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, and any subsystem, we only supply bounded trait warranty lest stated differently. Everyday decrement restoration at a minimal cost, reviewing and positioning as well as general cleaning are covered within the service plan. The plans for the technician to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be done by you. Our machinery's warranty and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. This ensures your ultimate comfort on both the reselling and servicing of your machinery's.
