The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted quality warranty on each subsystem except stated otherwise, including on the whole machinery. The attribute guarantee covers shortages due to defective materials or poor craftsmanship We are not accountable for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforementioned. Damages can generally be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations are gladly available on request.Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Basic depletion replacement at a minimal cost, checking and adjustment as well as basic cleaning are covered within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be invalid and void if you do not service your machine within the preferred service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say, you must get your machinery fixed within every six month period, if we recommend that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be credible.
Whenever a service is provided at your property by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the management, a call-out cost will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, touring costs to your establishment including accommodation if crucial, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up as well as sent back. Bookings must be made for repairs or hard labour operate to be completed at your/our earliest availability as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be carried out during maintenance visits.Primary and/or overall training courses are provided via our warehouse for all machinery we sell. First principal entry courses is included in your machinery purchase, but more advanced training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been completed.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a different barcode. You will therefore always be able to review the machinery's guarantee report and servicing history on our database or while logged off - in any way and at any time. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's assurance and assistance. This protects your maximum advantage on both the maintenance and resell of your machines.
