The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, as well as each subsystem, we only provide confined characteristic warranty if not stated otherwise. Defects due to unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We are not liable for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Thus aforementioned cannot be covered by our guarantee. Damages can regularly be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations will be immediately available upon inquiry.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be needing a regular service. Reviewing and arrangement, general cleaning , as well as standard ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost are covered within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, it is required that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of dual that period or else your service warranty will be null and not viable. This is to say, you have to get your machinery rectified in every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.
Anytime a service is supplied at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged unless the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above named plans or per-approved by the managers. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Transport costs to your property including accommodation if necessary, are on your account, along with the call-out charge. The technicians required adjustments to be made to get picked up and sent back, are preferred to be done by you. R 9.95/km is the ongoing rate amplified by the driving distance between your premises and our place, should you recommend for us to come to you.Those fees may differ time by time without notice, so beneficially inquire about call out and transport costs beforehand.If you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction or want to find out if the machinery is set to operate optically, our maintenance plan is suited for you. No fees will apply for the technician we provide. When obtaining your machinery, first primary entry courses is comprehended in your purchase, nevertheless more improved training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a individual barcode. Check accordingly you will always be able to,in any style and at any term, check the machinery's assurance report and maintenance history on our website or while logged off.
