The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted characteristic guarantee on the whole machinery, and each subsystem except stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable equipment errors are covered by the feature guarantee. We are not liable for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your component. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are gladly available on request.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a routine service. General depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost, investigation and calibration as well as everyday cleaning are included in the service plan. It is compulsory that your machinery is improved within the equivalent of dual that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the chosen service period, elseways your service warranty will be invalid and ineffective. Meaning, if we preferred that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months, you have to get your machinery rectified within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.
Every time a technician offers a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested lest the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above plans or arranged by the the company. At the time of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Transport costs to your establishment including accommodation if crucial, are on your account, in addition to the call-out cost. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. The existing amount is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our office as well as your premises, should you choose for us to go to you.Without notice, those costs may differ extent by extent, therefore kindly inquire about call out including traveling costs in advanceIf you only want our technician to take a look at your machine for your tranquility or want to know if the machinery is fitted to function optimally, our service plan is suited for you.
