The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. General wear and tear or misuse of your machine is not our constraint. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforementioned. Basic wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as general cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Your service warranty will be invalid and ineffective if you do not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of twice that period. A Call-out refers to each time a technician supplies a service at your place. Unless the call-out is covered by each of the above named plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out charge, traveling costs to your establishment and accommodation if crucial, are on your account. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are recommend to be carried out by you. Our machinery's warranty and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This secures your maximum advantage on both the servicing and resell of your machines.
