R 9.95/kilometer is the ongoing rate multiplied by the driving distance between your establishment including our place, should you prefer for us to come to you.Without notice, those costs may change point by time, for this reason kindly seek an answer about call out including traveling costs beforehandIf you only want our technician to take a look at your machine for peace of mind or want to find out if the machinery is set to operate optimally, our maintenance plan is here for you. No costs will be implemented for the technician we provide. Our specialist will be able to provide you with advice on if an back-up or other assistance or service parts replacement is needed or if everything is in order. Regretfully, no adjustments or intense labour work will be completed during a preservation visit, but a booking can be made for this to be completed at your and our quickest availability.We supply primary and/or overall training courses through our training facility for all machinery we sell. First principal entry courses is enclosed in your machine investment, although more promoted training can be purchased after the primary course has been finished.A unique barcode is provided with all our mainline of machines. You will accordingly evermore be able to check the machinery's warranty data and assistance history on our webpage or offline - in any way and at any term. We honour our machines assurance and servicing by using the barcode. This secures your maximal convenience on both the assistance and resell of your machinery's.
