The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply bounded quality warranty on each subsystem unless stated any other way, along with on the entire machinery. Poor craftsmanship along with faulty equipment shortages are covered by the attribute guarantee. Common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery is not our responsibility. Aforesaid is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Damages can regularly be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are promptly accessible.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a regular service. Reviewing and adjustment, standard cleaning , as well as basic wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and void if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service or if it is not fixed within the equal of double that period. Meaning, if we recommend that your machinery is improved once every three months, you have to get your machinery fixed in every six month period or your guarantee will not be efficient.
A Call-out points to to each time a specialist provides a service at your establishment. Except for when the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above named plans or approved by the managers, a call-out fee will be charged. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Accompanying the call-out cost, touring costs to your place including accommodation if required, are on your account. The preparations for the technician to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be carried out by you. The current amount is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our office and your place, should you choose for us to go to you.Those charges may vary point by instant without notice, so generously seek an answer about call out including traveling costs beforehand.If you would like to know if the machine is adjusted to operate optically, or you simply would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction, our service plan is suited for you. We will not require any cost for the technician we supply. Our specialist will be able to provide you with guidance on if an back-up or additional maintenance or spares replacement is needed or whether everything is normal. Sadly, no adjustments or hard labour function will be completed during a preservation visit, but a booking can be made for this to be practised at your and our quickest convenience.We give primary and/or overall training courses at our training facility for all machinery we sell. First basic entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase, but more improved training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been passed.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a particular barcode. You will thus regularly be able to review the machine's warranty information and servicing history on our website or offline - in any form and at any instant. We value our machinery's assurance and maintenance by using the barcode. Maximal benefit are ensured on both the reselling and servicing of your machinery's.
