Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Meaning, if we suggested that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, you should get your machinery fixed within every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.

A call-out cost will be requested except when the call-out is covered by any of the above named plans or per-approved by the the company. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Accompanying the call-out fee, travel costs to your property and settlement if required, are on your account. The preparations for the technician to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be done by you. The existing rate is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our place and your premises, should you prefer for us to go to you.Kindly inquire about call out including transport costs beforehand as those costs may change instant by point without notice.If you only want our specialist to take a look at your machine for peace of mind or want to find out if the appliance is fitted to operate optically, our service plan is perfect for you. We will not charge any fees for the specialist we provide. Our experts will be able to provide you with guidance on if an different or further servicing or service parts restoration is needed or whether everything is in order. Regretfully, no reconstruction or intense labour function will be practised during a sustainment visit, but a booking can be made for this to be practised at your and our quickest convenience.We offer primary and/or extensive training courses via our training centre for all machinery we sell.
