The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Standard wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost, checking and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are concealed within the service plan. If you do not service your machinery within the recommended service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is fixed in the equivalent of twice that period or else your service warranty will be useless and meaningless. This is to say, if we choose that your machine is rectified once every three months, you must get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to any instant a technician supplies a service at your premises. Except for when the call-out is included by any of the above plans or confirmed by the the company, a call-out fee will be required. One technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out fee, travel costs to your establishment as well as accommodation if essential, are on your account. The experts required preparations to be done to get picked up and sent back, are preferred to be carried out by you.
