The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, along with any subsystem, we only offer limited characteristic guarantee if not stated differently. The characteristic guarantee covers shortages as a result of unfit components or poor craftsmanship We are not accountable for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforesaid. Definitely, damages that aren't covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are immediately available.Regular service is required by the machinery you are going to obtain. Basic decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost, checking and arrangement as well as everyday cleaning are covered within the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and not viable if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say that within which case we preferred that your machine is rectified once every 3 months, it is required that you get your machinery rectified within every six month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
A Call-out points to to any point a technician provides a service at your property. Lest the call-out is enclosed by each of the above named plans or arranged by the management, a call-out cost will be charged. 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.In addition to the call-out fee, travel costs to your premises including accommodation if necessary, are on your account. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up and sent back are preferred to be made by you. If you would wish for us to go to you, the current percentage is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the traveling distance between our warehouse including your premises.Kindly analyze about call out and travel costs beforehand as those costs may differ point by point without notice.If you would choose to know whether the machine is set to work optimally, or you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, our maintenance plan is suited for you. There is no cost for the experts we provide. Our specialist will be able to recommend if everything is normal or if an alternative or further service or spare parts replacement is needed. During maintenance visits no reconstruction or excessive labour operate will be practised and reservations should made for this to be done at your and our earliest convenience.We give basic and/or full training courses through our training centre for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machine, first primary entry courses is included in your purchase, however more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been accomplished.A particular barcode is provided with all our mainline of machinery. Check thus you will constantly be able to,in any form and at any instant, analyze the machines assurance info and maintenance history on our site or while logged off.
