The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer bounded attribute warranty on each subsystem except stated any other way, and on the entire machinery. The attribute warranty covers weaknesses by reason of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship We cannot be held responsible for misuse or general wear and tear of your machine. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforesaid. Naturally, damages that aren't covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are immediately vacant.The machinery you are going to obtain needs a routine service. The included service plan includes basic cleaning, analyzing and arrangement, as well as basic wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be null and void should you not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say, you have to get your machine improved in every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every three months or your warranty will not be valid.
A Call-out refers to each point a technician offers a service at your place. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Accompanying the call-out fee, transport costs to your place including settlement if essential, are on your account. The preparations for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are preferred to be carried out by you. R 9.95/km is the prevailing amount multiplied by the driving distance between your place and our place, should you recommend for us to go to you.Those fees may vary point by time without notice, so attentively seek an answer about call out including transport costs ahead of time.Whether you would like to know whether the appliance is fitted to operate optically, or you just want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind, our servicing plan is suited for you. No costs will be assigned for the specialist we supply. Our technician will be able to supply you with information on if an different or additional maintenance or spares restoration is needed or if everything is in order. Review therefore you will always be able to,in any way and at any instant, review the machines guarantee information and servicing history on our site or while disconnected. By using the barcode we honour our machines assurance and service. This protects your maximal advantage on both the assistance and resell of your machines.
