The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted characteristic warranty on any subsystem except stated any other way, along with on the entire machine. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable material shortages are covered by the quality warranty. We aren't liable for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your machinery. Upon demand, quotations are gladly available.The machine(s) you are going to obtain requires a routine service. Standard wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and positioning as well as standard cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Should you not service your machinery in the recommended service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is rectified within the equivalent of twice that period otherwise your service warranty will be worthless and not viable. This is to say that within which case we preferred that your machine is fixed once every 3 months, it is necessary that you get your machinery fixed within every six month period or your warranty will not be valid.
