The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, you must get your machine improved within every six month period, if we preferred that your machinery is rectified once every three months or your warranty will not be valid.
When a service is provided at your establishment by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Lest approved by the company or included by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be required. 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Along with the call-out charge, traveling costs to your establishment as well as accommodation if necessary, are on your account. We prefer that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back.
