However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply limited trait warranty on any subsystem if not stated any other way, including on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship and faulty equipment shortages are covered by the feature warranty. We are not liable for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Aforestated is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Damages can regularly be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. General wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost, checking and positioning as well as standard cleaning are covered within the service plan. If you do not service your machinery within the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of dual that period or else your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless. Meaning, you must get your machinery improved in every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to any instant a technician provides a service at your property. A call-out cost will be requested unless the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the managers. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement and touring costs to your place, in addition to the call-out cost, are on your account if crucial. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. The ongoing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the driving distance between our warehouse and your premises, should you desire for us to come to you.Without notice, those costs may change instant by extent, accordingly kindly enquire about call out including transport costs in advanceIf you only want our technician to take a look at your machine for your tranquility or want to find out if the machine is set to work optically, our maintenance plan is suited for you. Bookings have to be made for improvements or hard labour function to be completed at your/our earliest availability as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be carried out during servicing visits.We supply basic and/or comprehensive training courses via our training facility for all machines we sell. More improved training can be purchased after the principal course has been achieved however first principal entry courses is enclosed in your machine investment.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. Thus your machines assurance info and servicing history will constantly be able to be checked in any manner and at any term on our webpage or while disconnected.
