The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, and any subsystem, we only provide confined characteristic guarantee unless stated otherwise. Errors due to unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We are not at fault for general wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. For this reason aforementioned would not be covered by our warranty. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are immediately vacant on appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a routine service. The covered service plan contains general cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as basic decrement replacement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be useless and meaningless if you do not service your machinery within the suggested service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning that in which case we recommend that your machine is rectified once every 3 months, it is crucial that you get your machinery rectified within every six month period or your warranty will not be credible.
Whenever a service is supplied at your place by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged except when the call-out is included by each and every time of the above named plans or per-approved by the managers. 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Travel costs to your property as well as accommodation if required, are on your account, along with the call-out fee. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. If you would choose for us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the traveling distance between our premises including your property.Those fees may change point by instant without notice, so generously enquire about call out and transport costs ahead of time.If you only would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind or would like to find out if the machine is adjusted to operate optically, our maintenance plan is here for you. We will not require any cost for the experts we supply. You will be advised by our technician if an alternative or other maintenance or spare parts replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. During maintenance visits no reconstruction or excessive labour operate will be done and reservations should made for this to be practised at your and our quickest availability.Principal and/or overall training courses are supplied through our training centre for all machines we sell. When buying your machine, first primary entry courses is included in your investment, although more improved training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been passed.With all our mainline of machines a unique barcode is sold. Thus your machines assurance information and assistance history will constantly be able to be checked in any way and at any instant on our database or while disconnected. We honour our machines warranty and maintenance by using the barcode. Maximal comfort are protected on both the selling and maintenance of your machinery's.
