Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We offer constrained attribute guarantee on the whole machinery, and each subsystem unless stated otherwise. Defects by reason of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our responsibility. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Definitely, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimum cost. We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. Service Plan: The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a routine service. Checking and calibration, standard cleaning , as well as common ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost are enclosed in the service plan. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out points to to each extent a specialist supplies a service at your property. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you would like to find out if the machinery is set to operate optimally, or you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, our service plan is perfect for you. No costs will be implemented for the experts we provide. Our specialist will be able to supply you with guidance on if an different or additional service or spare parts replacement is needed or if everything is normal. During maintenance visits no improvements or hard labour function will be practised and reservations should made for this to be carried out at your and our quickest availability. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Training Course: We offer fundamental and/or complete training courses at our warehouse for all machines we sell. First principal entry courses is included in your machine purchase, however more promoted training can be purchased after the principal course has been accomplished. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
