The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, along with each subsystem, we only supply limited attribute guarantee unless stated any other way. Shortages by reason of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We are not responsible for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your product. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforesaid. Naturally, damages that are not covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are immediately available on request.Routine service is required by the machinery you are going to obtain. Analyzing and arrangement, basic cleaning , as well as common wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost are included within the service plan. If you do not service your machinery within the recommended service period, it is required that your machine(s) is improved within the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service guarantee will be useless and void. Meaning, if we suggested that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, you must get your machinery serviced in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
Whenever a service is provided at your property by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is covered by each of the above named plans or approved by the management, a call-out fee will be required. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Accommodation including traveling costs to your place, accompanying the call-out cost, are on your account if required. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. If you would like for us to go to you, the current amount is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our place and your premises.Without notice, those fees may vary point by instant, thus kindly seek an answer about call out and travel costs ahead of timeWhether you would choose to find out if the machine is set to operate optically, or you only would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, our servicing plan is suited for you. No fees will apply for the specialist we supply. Our experts will be able to supply you with guidance on if an alternative or additional maintenance or service parts replacement is needed or if everything is in order. Regretfully, no reconstruction or intense labour work will be completed during a maintenance visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be carried out at your and our quickest availability.Principal and/or overall training courses are provided via our warehouse for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machine, first fundamental entry courses is included in your purchase, nevertheless more advanced training can be purchased after the primary course has been finished.A different barcode is presented with all our mainline of machines. Accordingly your machinery's assurance info and servicing history will constantly be able to be analyzed in any way and at any time on our website or offline.
