The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply bounded characteristic guarantee on any subsystem unless stated differently, along with on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship including unfit components shortages are covered by the quality warranty. We will not be held liable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your machinery. For this reason aforementioned would not be covered by our warranty. Damages can usually be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are immediately available.The machinery you are going to purchase requires a routine service. Basic ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost, checking and calibration as well as everyday cleaning are included in the service plan. Should you not service your machinery within the chosen service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service warranty will be worthless and void. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is improved once every three months, you must get your machinery serviced in every six month period or your warranty will not be valid.
Every time a technician provides a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. Except when confirmed by management or concealed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be requested. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Accommodation and transport costs to your place, coupled with the call-out cost, are on your account if required. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be carried out by you. The existing rate is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our premises as well as your premises, should you choose for us to come to you.Those costs may differ instant by time without notice, so generously enquire about call out including traveling costs ahead of time.Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you only would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, or if you want to find out if the machinery is fitted to function optimally. We will not require any cost for the technician we supply.
