The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, and each subsystem, we only supply constrained attribute warranty unless stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship as well as unfit components shortages are covered by the quality guarantee. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our liability. Our warranty will thus not cover aforesaid. Damages can often be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon appeal, quotations are readily vacant.Regular service is required by the machinery you are going to buy. Checking and calibration, basic cleaning , as well as standard ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost are enclosed in the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and not viable should you not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, if we choose that your machine is rectified once every 3 months, you must get your machinery improved in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out points to to each and every time time a technician provides a service at your property. A call-out fee will be charged unless the call-out is included by each and every time of the above named plans or approved by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your premises including settlement if necessary, are on your account, coupled with the call-out fee. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be done by you. When purchasing your machine, first primary entry courses is enclosed in your investment, however more improved training can be bought after the principal course has been completed.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a particular barcode.
