The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited feature warranty on the entire machinery, and each subsystem unless stated elseways. Defects due to unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We shall not be held at fault for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your component. Accordingly aforementioned cannot be covered by our warranty. Damages can regularly be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are immediately vacant.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a regular service. The covered service plan includes basic cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as everyday depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost.
