The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide confined quality guarantee on any subsystem lest stated otherwise, including on the entire machinery. Defects as a result of faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. Common wear and tear or misuse of your equipment is not our responsibility. Aforestated is thus not covered by our warranty. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are promptly available on demand.Regular service is due by the machinery you are going to buy. Basic decrement restoration at a minimum cost, checking and calibration as well as general cleaning are concealed within the service plan. Should you not service your machinery in the chosen service period, it is crucial that your machine(s) is rectified within the equivalent of dual that period or else your service guarantee will be invalid and not viable. Meaning, you should get your machinery rectified in every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be credible.
Every time a service is provided at your establishment by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Except when accepted by the company or covered by each of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for working days.Transport costs to your establishment including accommodation if essential, are on your account, in addition to the call-out charge. We prefer that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up as well as sent back. Check therefore you will constantly be able to,in any form and at any instant, review the machines assurance information and service history on our database or while disconnected. We honour our machinery's assurance and assistance by using the barcode. This ensures your ultimate benefit on both the selling and servicing of your machines.
