The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited characteristic warranty on any subsystem if not stated any other way, as well as on the whole machine. The attribute warranty covers defects by reason of defective components or poor craftsmanship We shall not be held accountable for misuse or general wear and tear of your component. Analyzing and positioning, basic cleaning , as well as general decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost are included in the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and ineffective if you do not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, if we recommend that your machine is rectified once every three months, you have to get your machine serviced in every six month period or your warranty will not be valid.
A Call-out refers to each and every time time a technician offers a service at your property. A call-out cost will be charged unless the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the the company. At the time of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement as well as touring costs to your premises, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up including sent back. More advanced training can be purchased after the basic course has been passed but first basic entry courses is included in your machine purchase.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. Accordingly your machines assurance information and assistance history will constantly be able to be checked in any way and at any instant on our website or while disconnected. By using the barcode we honour our machines assurance and service. Maximum comfort are secured on both the reselling and assistance of your machinery's.
Seeing that the reference above pertains to our brand new model, the highlights, specifications and additions are applicable thereto.
